We had a design assignment due today in regards to contour line drawing. The thumbnail versions i posted in the pictures a few posts down take about 1.5 hours each to do. Therefore when you are doing a whole page it takes a very long time. So each night we had been doing some lines to make sure last night we were not up too late. 9pm 2nd September. Realise we both didn't like it. So for the next 6 hours we sat and drew lines upon lines until 3am in the morning. I ended up using my second one, and my room mate after all of that chose her first.
No breakfast today. Only 2 meals left for meal plan this week, so lunch and dinner. It was a hectic morning and lunch time. Lunch was a greek salad and an apple which I decided to eat this time.
4.5 hour class where we are designing tiles and my stimulus is scissors. Should be interesting to see how it turns out.
Have had a few late nights this week to write essays. Most essays have to be written in a few days over here. A big difference from home when you have weeks. And no referencing, which is also quite difficult.
I got my second drawing assignment back and I got an A- :) I am getting better already, it is getting hard though. Sewing class is still easy. We are on the machines, but sewing straight lines. The only thing that is getting me is inches. Especially when you are using estimation etc.
Maths has advanced a little into finding unknowns. It is easy, yet there is lots of hw. Oh and also if you get up in class and write your answer out on the board you get 1% in addition to your final grade.
Off to dinner soon and then a long weekend for labor day. Bunk beds still haven't been split.
